Privacy information for CabSight Driver
This is how we handle your data. Please read it before you create an account.
Who is responsible for your data
CabSight Driver is a product of Kiatar AB, Swedish organisation number 559608-8574. Kiatar AB is the controller of your personal data.
What we store
What you enter or import yourself: engagements, contracts, shifts, earnings, payouts, calculations and your account details (email address). Do not enter sensitive personal data in free-text fields, such as health or union membership. Images you choose for import are not stored; they are read only in your browser.
Why
So you can follow your own income and pay. We do not use the data for advertising and we do not sell it. Legal basis: contract. We need the data to provide the service you signed up for (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long
As long as your account is in use. If you have not signed in for 6 months we send you an email with a link to download your data. If you do not sign in within 30 days after that, the account is treated as dormant: we keep the data, but you can still ask us for a copy. After a further 12 months as dormant we send a final email and then delete your Driver data. Deletion is done manually and checked by a person at our side, so nothing is deleted by mistake. If you sign in again before that, the clock starts over. Backups expire on their own within about a week. How long you must keep financial records for your own bookkeeping or tax reasons is for you to decide; download a copy if you need it.
Your rights
You can download your data at any time (the button under Privacy when you are signed in) or ask us to delete it: write to support@cabsight.com from the email address you registered with. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Who processes data for us
Database and sign-in: Supabase (the data is stored in Stockholm, Sweden). Hosting: Vercel (USA). Confirmation and reset emails: Resend (USA). They process the data on our behalf under data processing agreements. If data is transferred to, or accessed from, a country outside the EU/EEA, this is protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. The data is not used to train AI and is not sent to any OCR service.
